Decent pay if you don't mind not having a social life.
Very good benefits.

Profit sharing was lowered (25 - 60% across all facilities) to increase profits.
Becoming management heavy. Sometimes 2:1 worker to management ratio.
Working 12 hour shifts 5, 6, and 7 days a weeks regularly. Like I said, you wont have a life outside of work.
If you are liked, you'll do fine. If you are not liked, management will find ways to stab you in the back.

Its a job and that is where it ends. There are other jobs that will treat you better than this place.
|
12 hour shifts ...5 to 6 days a week. No family time, No time for DMV, no time for Doc appts, No time to buy a new car, No time to live. Get it? Bring up complaints to management and theyll humor you and listen then indirectly tell you to go look for another job. Benefits sure.......no time to use them.
