They will pretty much hire anyone as long as you pass the background check. They do not verify that any workers actually have any idea of what they are doing before they put them to work. No benefits. No raises. The office staff has favorites and if you are not one of them, they will not assist you or support you as an employee. The good ones are taken advantage of, while the favorites just show up and do nothing when they work. It gets reported back to the office but nothing is ever done. There is no reason to work for this company, the pay stinks and the staff are rude and do not care about the caregivers, I totally understand why there is such a turnover.
