I had a great experience working at Premiere and loved my team! I was able to work directly with the C-suite, gaining insights into the overall business strategy while learning from their leadership and experience. The culture is laid back and fun - with perks ranging from movie screenings to catered lunch. PDS is a great company to work in and a great career choice for anyone looking for a job in the entertainment digital space. The onboarding was seamless. The company gives you some pretty cool swag (jacket and hat). Great company benefits include medical, dental, vacation, and sick days which start right away. The management and executive team care about the company and its employees. There is a work-life balance that is hard to find in an entertainment company. My co-workers and have been supportive and make me feel like part of the PDS family. The company is in growth mode and I look forward to what is coming down the road.

It’s hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy PDS. The company is in growth mode so with any company growing there are bound to be some challenges as the company grows and expands, however, they are addressing these challenges head-on as they occur.

I use to work for a big company, where I did not have access to my executives that way I have access to them at Premiere. I believe there is opportunity for growth since the company is doing very well. There is collaboration and there is respect.

Great health insurance, program to pay off portion of student loans, Friday lunches, flexible work schedule, lax work environment and honestly caring and intelligent coworkers. Management and HR do take your suggestions and concerns into account from my experience. I've seen lots of changes in the past two years. They recently implemented a women's networking group, made Juneteenth and election day paid days- off as well as donated to Equal Justice Initiative.

20% lower pay than the industry standard (at least for entry level positions) , but you already know what the pay rate is going into the interview so transparency is there.
