The hours were good, pretty atmosphere, "fun" company/department events and health insurance was decent.
|
On a weekly basis the customer service department was verbally assaulted by customers that were angry and frustrated with the company's poor return policy. Each department was cliquish to the point that no one communicated to each other, thus creating a toxic environment.

tedious, boring, counted the time until i was out, no room for growth, never wanted to hire warehouse employees as FT- kept as contract so they didnt have to pay benefits

The company is small and your individual contribution makes big impact. CEO knows each employee personally and have open door policy. A lot of work and not whole a lot of politics.

Health benefits and 401K plan could be better. Could employ more relaxed working from home policy, No paid parking.
