We're allowed a good amount of autonomy when determining what code, tools, etc. to use for projects. Flexible hours and ability to work remote is nice. Casual (bordering on super casual) work attire is allowed throughout the year, not just on Fridays. Monthly Costco orders keep the office stocked with drinks and snacks when not remote. Pool table is fun to use when you need to take a break from the monitor or meetings. TVs with sports playing throughout the office. Staffing and communication are the biggest concerns at the company; both of which seem to be fairly common complaints of most mid-sized companies. However, management is trying to address both concerns at this time.
