Large turnover of production lead hands and supervisors. Poor engineering skills and substranded parts are sent to the customers all the time, Still wondering how this place survives.

Massive turnover for Supervisors

If it wasn't so sad, it would be funny.
I have never seen a place that grinds up and spits out supervisors. MASSIVE turnover.
One of the basics on deciding whether a company is decent to work for is to look at the turnover of employees. This company cannot keep its employees because of how terrible management and HR are.

Pride signs is a very good place to work, with a well defined workflow structure and excellent work-sharing and collaboration during busy times.
The busy times can be overwhelming at first, but once you learn that everybody is working together to get things done on schedule; you get to focus on the good things while at work. These good things are the people, Pride has a family feel where everybody get's along & will take the time to teach, socialize & support you.
Creativity, especially in the engineering department is excellent. No sign is designed the exact same, & with 30+ years of experience they really do know their product.

Pride Signs is a great company to work for. The employees (Project Managers) are eager to assist and lend a helping hand when needed. The culture is pleasant and inviting. The company is very process oriented and continuesly working on improving.
The social commitee plans a ton of fun activities for the entire family!

Production is quite experiencing

It was really enjoying to learn the skills for the Production of Signs, actual production from start to finish is really fun, but they get an extra work for shipping the products, it is more physical work to make a worker so tired. They don't have a category of limit to work, they make the worker tired and send him home before giving him permanent title. So its not a reliable company to work.

I've worked for worse but not by much.
If you get interviewed to be a "machine operator" you're getting bamboozled, that is an assembly job and it should pay more, but they'd rather just under pay and have to hire a new person every 3 months.

I worked for pride signs for a few years and never had a problem with the management or the money. There was so much room to grow in the company and they always gave the employees the chance to grow. They never make you work overtime if you don't want to and if you had any personal problems they would be there to help you. So all in all. This place is really good to work for and if I had the chance I would be back there in a hard beat..

Terrible place to work. Supervisors are nasty, company culture is terrible. No training - new unscrened temps are flowing through everyday, no communication between departments, no room for growth. Look somewhere else for work.
