Great place to work for people that like to continually solve new challenges and learn new things, Friendly, supportive, collaborative , great culture. Excellent pay and benefits. Financial sector niche market that provides SaaS analytics for the mortgage industry. A very tech savvy company. It unusual but pleasant to work with a company that is predominantly software developers and analysts. Company size is In the 0-500 employee range. Teams and departments collaborate to solve problems instead pointing fingers. Low stress but everyone works hard and is self motivated to make things work, and get things done. Culturally diverse company ( approx 60 % Indian, 10% African American, 30 % Caucasian). Lots of opportunity to learn a lot and take on a lot of responsibility. If you expect someone else to tell you what to do this is probably not a good place for you. if you take initiative and look for ways to make things work better you'll do great. Primatics Financial was acquired by SS&C Technologies in 2014. There are some normal growing pains that companies go through as they try to expand from $50M to $100M revenue. But if you learn quick you'll be ok. They are very good at what they do and compete head to head with KPMG, Deloiite, and SAS for customers and win - which is not bad for a small company. They adopt new technology very rapidly and are always looking for new ways to do things. Quality is a huge deal there and is one of the major reasons their customers use their product. They focus on understanding the market and their customers better than their competitors and provide a better product. There is a big push to fix issues and they generally don't let things slide, So it's nice to work in a company that takes in pride in what they do. My work hours were 9.00PM to 5.00PM, during that period I used to maintain and complete all the office work that includes new recruited employee's background check, up to date data base records, their payroll and having one to one discussions with the former and the newly recruited employees' to gather their feedback. The culture there was open door, and constructive. My co-worker was always helpful in teaching me new ways of recruiting. The hardest part was to resolve a conflict without losing our employees' trust simultaneously enjoyed working as a team and building strong relations. The company mission statement is clear and it seems that all employees really are there to help people find jobs in their own way.
