Prime Electric appears to have a very effective growth plan that seems to be paying off. If you are looking for advancement in your career, Prime is in a direction for expansion.

Prime is extremely wasteful. At the end of most every project most all remaining material is thrown in the trash. Little to no effort is taken to recycle and literal tons of unopened electrical components and fittings are simply thrown in the dumpster. As someone who is concerned about the environment it bothers me to see dumpster after dumpster filled with completely usable materials that could be donated, restocked or recycled that is instead simply thrown away because management doesn't want to be bothered. I find it highly hypocritical that Prime touts sustainability on their website but does the exact opposite on their job sites.
Although Prime Electric management in Dublin may be highly skilled as Electrical estimators, engineers and contractors, they lack many of the basic leadership skilled required to manage personnel and retain talent.
