Great working environment with amazing benefits

The company went out of its way to ensure the employees were heard and that they were given benefits beyond pay that was aamzing. Prime also had events for the vets, for certain groups that perfomed well and had alot of employee appeciateion events.

The overall compnesations package is the best I have ever seen

The job prioritzes the positon for electricians which I am not one of, dont fully support remote working

Boss and manager know nothing
|
No one is really in charge there they just have a “manager” watching you every 15-30 minutes making sure you’re doing something. Correctly?? No. Even if you’re completely new know nothing at all they’ll tell you do something and figure it out and guess what whether you’re right or wrong they don’t care on to the next project also the managers have zero experience you can apply for management but you won’t get the job unless you Jewish

There was a buddy system working there it was who u knew and how well u was liked no room first advancement didn't like the work enviroment was not compensated enough for drive time or anything

The bosses were great people to work for. Pay and benefits were higher than quite a few employers in the city at the time. Loved working for them, dynamic work and good pay. One of the hardest things was leaving them to pursue a career in industries they did not work in.

I enjoyed the job and company as a whole. I wish i had been able to relocate when project in my area was completed. There is plenty of opportunity for advancement and encouragement to do so. Pay raises based on job performance which is definitely my preference. I would recommend the company to anyone with good work ethic.
