Invest heavily in facilities, minimal in staff

Nice facilities and good regional support team.
|
All departments run bare bones for staffing, a single call off disrupts entire day. Salaried staff are expected to work excessive hours (60 plus hrs weekly) consistently. On call 24/7/365, can never get away from work due to staffing shortages. Wages are too low to recruit and maintain workers. Constant turnover and burning out of employees. Pressure to maximize every dollar from residents while not investing adequately in staffing. End result is huge turnover and excessive vacant positions.

Corporate office staff needs to spend a month running a facility so they have a clue that what they expect from team is unreasonable. Believe Primrose started out as a strong company but has lost its way.
