Amazing little company, great culture, great work environment. I was well supported by superiors in my work. Reasonable deadlines and expectations.

It was a startup, so there was a small lack of infrastructure in terms of HR, IT, etc.
These are to be expected for a startup, so they are not really negatives.

Good company overall, benefits are great. Management does seem to care about employees welfare and opinions. Very relaxed atmosphere, casual workplace.

Company direction can be confused, the structure seemed to change often. Not a lot of transparency with junior staff. Instructions are not always clear and this can cause confusion in the workplace.
