We are responsible for delivering a custom product to our customers and we take them through the process from quote to delivery. We provide the customer service, produce the quote, work with graphic design on the proof, send the order to production, and follow up to make sure it's there on time. We have a lot of email tools and systems for doing simple touch-base follow up, and an inbound lead flow that makes sure we always have a full pipeline. The management support is there when we need them, and meetings are only for pretty big announcements and awards. No weekly or daily rah rah stuff. Need to be pretty self-motivated because there is a lot of freedom to operate your day how you want to. There were multiple layers of management but some employees would play them against each other. They didn't agree with each other and the higher ups didn't back the lower ones.
