Its environment consisted of a cohesive working environment fostering healthy employee morale, strong management-employee relations and business decisions and mode a of administration characterized by genuine purpose that fostered staff development and placed value on members, irrelevant of their income, economic standing, or race. However, if one had a magic wand then you would begin by banishing the entire executive sector and the unethical Board of Directors. These would be replaced with personnel who are qualified to oversee the credit union and who possess some modicum of professionalism and understands the principles governing cause and effect.
