There is a mixed variety of shifts so can request availability to an extent. Good staff discount.
|
Too much to do in too little time. Constantly contacted via WhatsApp which you are forced to be on as part of your job. Not enough hours to go around the staff so you are constantly working alone yet expected to do the workload of 5 people. Accused of not doing your job and questioned if enough customers don't visit the store/spend enough money. Forced to work in other stores that don't have enough staff as they are too tight to replace them. High turn over of colleagues.

Stop contacting staff outside of their work hours. Give the stores enough hours to actually staff them and you might not have staffing issues. Pay staff for their travel time if you want them to travel to cover other stores.
