Had a great boss and a strong team. Immediately welcomed as a new hire. They actively look for talent from the EnP restaurants, which is a plus for people looking to get out of food service. They put a lot of effort into the culture.

Once you're there, it's tough to grow at a rate commensurate with your experience. Also, the pay and perks are difficult to live with.
