This led to great communication and faster prep times. Favoritism and unfair treatment is not uncommon here. You work all day every day with little to no reward. Negative reinforcement is used more than positive reinforcement. They leave drivers to figure out which sandwiches and side items go with the right orders without labeling any of the food.
