No issues leaving I got more money than expected from accrued sick time and vacation
Good benefits, HSA option if you were to stay for an extended period for some reason

Product knowledge has a high barrier of entry, if you've never worked in the field before it will take a long time to feel comfortable in the store without a higher up to fulfill the customers needs.
Stressful on back
Work is difficult which is both a positive and a negative. You will be involved in a lot of customers stress with home selling/moving/construction contracts and the timing of their projects can be delayed or worse by mistakes you make so the stress trickles down to you.
The POS system is difficult to work with, but with practice, skill and determination you can overcome it. You will be an expert at investigating databases. You will learn to multitask and prioritize like your life depends on it because at times it will feel like it.
There's not much opportunity within the job, but for a resume and interviews looking at what you actually do on the specifics if you do it well I would highly recommend for adding to that list.
