I was hired as a licensed practitioner consultant (and cashier). Initially I was treated disrespectfully every day, talked down to and did not feel valued. The energy in the store was very stressful. This hiring manager quit soon after and was replaced by two more managers over a one year period (people don't last long). One manager was great and valued the team; the other seemed unskilled and disinterested. The employee "break room" was a chair in the messy stock room where we had 30 minutes for lunch. Considering the business model is selling health and wellness, it is a shame they do not provide a nice area for employees to relax and eat lunch at a slower pace. The schedule changed often, so people didn't always get desired shifts. Oh, and check your paychecks, they make mistakes and not in your favor.
I stayed over a year because I kept hoping it would get better, but it didn't. Ultimately I left because I moved out of the area. I would not work for this company again.

Was a great job...

Was a great job when I started in the warehouse. Been there far to long to see so many wrong changes. Management doesn’t care about their experienced employees anymore. A lot are jumping ship. Don’t blame them. No room for advancement. Not all managers are horrible. Some are very great with their teams. Some not so much. A lot of being talked down to like a dog. Supervisor has all wrong things in the wrong places. Most of them just stand around and talk about the most useless things like what basketball teams are doing well or whatever, while the short staffed warehouse tries to fill all the workload. No help involved what so ever from higher up. Outdated systems make anything day to day a joke. They say it’s like a family but it’s not. That went out the window probably a year ago. Highly suggest looking elsewhere and save yourself from this place.

A great place to work till management change in IT

A great place to work till management change in IT. When the management changed in IT nothing was done correctly. Everything was done is a poor manner they let employees go that shouldn't of been let go and kept ones that should of been let go. I have seen a couple post on Indeed looking for new employees maybe they are doing well or maybe its now a swinging door company. Either way just be aware. Good Luck!!
