Worst Job Experience Ever!

Honestly can't think of any. Paycheck isn't even worth the amount of stress you deal with.

Employees are messy, management is nonexistent. Shift managers think a title makes them better then fellow employees. No issues are resolved. No professionalism at all. So mamy altercations that arent even work related. Employees do not respect each other. The list goes on. Just RUN. Its not worth it. This place takes so much of your energy and stresses you out. You will go home miserable. Busy enviornment and people dont want to do their part. Managers aren't properly trained and are very unorganized. Also was offered a manager position when one was said to be leaving but then passed up for two people who are doing a horrible job. Also may be discrimination because the managers are hispanic just as our general manager is and they DO NOT do a good job. The store is never clean by the time our shift ends and we ALWAYS have to stay late to finish. No time management.
