Corporate ideas are great and the systems in place to ensure standards are met are equally as impressive. However, they aren't being implemented unless Corporate is actually there. Sending secret shoppers and frequent unannounced drop ins could ensure specifications and standards are being met on ground level daily as opposed to being able to pass an announced audit.
