-good medical benefits
-got to meet some amazing people (none of them work there anymore, either quit or got fired)

-The training for any sales position seems like you will be prepared, but since they are a startup, they can get away with changes happening every single day. If you don't roll with the ongoing punches, you will get left behind and then punished for not doing the new thing.
-The workplace culture is a total front. They act like your mental health is important, that they care about your feelings and would be there for you with some flexibility and meeting you half way. There were people who had family members either DIE or become very ill, and instead of being sympathetic, they would hold it against you and not make a single excuse for not meeting your goal after saying "take the time you need"
-The sales manager should not be a manager. I'm sure he was a great AE, but managing isn't for him. The turnover that has happened to him has been insane.
-the pay is not a livable wage. the salary pay plus the commission as an SDR is terrible. they should absolutely raise it to at least 50k to compete with other companies offering way more money.

-remote -good benefits -okay company culture (lack of POC and women on sales team)

-base pay is same as SDR and only monthly -the management will try to implement new changes pretty much every week, really hard to keep track of - they expect you to know everything already, (even though they say they dont) and don't want to put the work in to expect the results they want
-heavy lack of training for the things they expect from you
-felt like we couldn't send an email or attend a call without management saying we were doing something wrong
-a lot of mixed messages -
