Beware of this "intern trap".
You will be hired as an intern to enter names and emails into a database, as well as uploading photos to their social media channels.
Everything you will "learn" during the internship will be from other interns who have been there longer than you. There is no such thing as a "line manager" who will supervise you and guide you through your internship. They hire interns as cheap labor (200 euros/month) to run their social media pages, and I guarantee you will leave your 5-6 month "training" having learned absolutely nothing, wishing you hadn't wasted your skillset here.
The boss Andreas remains the CEO, but has zero to do with the company, as he is invested in modelmanagement.com (the other company he owns at the office). This means there is literally no management present.
No training, No incentives.
If you want a half-year of mind-numbing database filling and lunchtimes of complaining about going back to said database filling, be my guest.

Fresh ideas/concepts must be incorporated to promote long-term prosperity, which can be done by regular (monthly or quarterly) intense group brainstorming sessions between employees. Everyone should be included – managers must convey their short term + long term goals with the staff as well as interns and together they must identify current strengths/weakness, review - objectives + upcoming trends, and fill in gaps where necessary.

Apart from the friendly international team and great office views, you get a chance to further develop your skills and challenge yourself. Interns are given a lot of autonomy, dedicated mentor-ship, much responsibility and the flexibility to dip their toes in different fields/departments. During my traineeship, I was able to create actual changes, monitor these changes and evaluate the results. I made an impact, which for me, is important. This is not your ''go make a copy'' type of internship.

- The daily tasks are always changing, they are diverse and offer a multitude of different skills that you can come away with.
- Flexible workplace that understands if you have other commitments (within reason)
- Offer holiday
- Weekly meetings, the team really care for you and want to integrate you into their business and value your opinion
- Team offers you your own project, in which you develop over your internship and is chosen from your interests. Means that you can come away with something tangible that you have developed yourself
- Overall very interesting business and gives you a good understanding into the creative industry
- Really relaxed and friendly atmosphere, not a serious working environment which puts interns at ease
- CEO, Andreas Von Estorff is highly involved, including in the tasks of the interns. He makes sure that you are getting the maximum out of your internship and is overall a faultless leader to the company.

- Perhaps a little bit more clarity over the daily tasks could be useful, so that it is easier for interns to delegate time to each task. Since there are constantly small jobs cropping up, sometimes these are not prioritised and get lost over time.
Other than this, I could not recommend the internship more. The whole team have been amazing and I could not be more grateful for this opportunity.

Great office in a great location at the port with amazing views over the city and surrounding mountains. A multicultural office with people ranging from many backgrounds. For those ready to move out of a regular 9-5, this company offers what few companies in Barcelona can. In my time here I've built strong relationships with everyone and always felt very comfortable and supported by the rest of the team. The management team are like gold dust. Very approachable, willing to share her knowledge and skills. On hand whenever you need - yet giving you the full autonomy and freedom to meet your daily goals/targets. And on a personal note, I've never really felt there was someone trying to manage me. Instead you are encourages to live up to your potentials. This is reflective of the company owners too. Thank you so much for making my time with you a truly magnificent experience.

Given how the role functions, there are difficulties to be faced. However if I break it down - all of the tools, case studies, knowledge and support is readily available to assist with the role. Since there is so much autonomy it's up to each individual to seek the support they need and not go it alone. That's all I want to say about the Cons.

The team is great, very helpful, friendly and always willing to help you, including you in cool projects and always asking for your opinion. I really felt appreciated at this internship. The bosses are very down-to-earth and it's the perfect company to have an internship. I learned a lot and the view from the office is amazing.

In the company, I could always express my opinion and it was taken into account. Diverse tasks allow you to get an experience in an online marketing area, and you will learn a lot! As the company is small, each intern has a big responsibility and can feel as an important part of Production Paradise. Great atmosphere and nice people.

There are days when you are overloaded with work, but on the other hand, this teaches you multitasking and good time management.

-Great international team (feels like a family). They are open and social. They care about your personal life too, if you want a day off because you have family or friends coming over it's possible.
-Great vibes. Everyone is nice and easy going. You can make fun with the sales agents and the managers.
- There are more young interns from around the world. So you will have friends from the start.
-It's no problem if you can't speak Spanish, they speak English at the office.
-Amazing view from the office!!
-If you let them know what your interests and learning goals are, they are willing to help you grow. Like sales trainings, writing articles for the blog etc.
-They celebrate holidays at the office like Christmas and Halloween (with lots of food).
-In Spain they have a lot of holidays, so you will have enough days off to enjoy Barcelona.
-You wouldn't be hungry while working there thanks to the huge cookie stock.

-After a while the tasks can be boring and not that challenging. But it's up to you if you do something about it. If you show them you are motivated and want to grow and learn more different things you will get different tasks.
-I gained 6 kg during my internship. I blame Production Paradise, the cookies, the Christmas- and the Sinterklaas party for that.
