I learned alot how to manage a facility and people but too much negativity. Underperformance was highly scrutinized and CD's constantly being called out for not doing well. Significant work outside of patient care responsibilities with reports, meetings, calls... Opportunity for advancement but that's because of the high turnover. A typical day starts with making sure all of the equipment is wiped down and ready to be used. Then you get started by setting up the first hour of patients with their first exercises. Very fast-paced with up to 4-6 patients an hour between 2 treating therapists. Organized chaos, but very fun. Always chatting with employees and patients. It's always fun to do the little things that make a persons day, whether it's the trivia questions or just interacting. The day pretty much looks the same each hour with the only change being the patients/exercises. Definitely a great environment with plenty of information to learn!
