Arrogant CEO - lacks human values

Had some good projects to work with nice professional. Company maintains its strength in Oracle Projects.

Company has not won any decent project for more than 2 years.
Working either on very small project or body shopping.
Sales time keep changing every 2 months due to CEO arrogance.
Haven't learnt lessons neither able to attract top talent.

They have the most knowledgeable Oracle and Primavera folks I have ever worked with. Deep product understanding within the senior people and good contacts withing Oracle to resolve anything that they do not already know. You will be hard pressed to find better people anyplace.

As with all small firms, limited breath of knowledge across other areas. Team size generally limited on a client site due to focus primarily in the Project suite or Primavera area. If you want to be part of a larger on site team, it is not likely to happen here.

2. Flat Structure allows easy upward communication
3. Small Company allows for "Family" environment

1. Small Company, Bad Economy - money is tight...
2. Not a lot of support that one takes for granted in Big Companies.
3. Benefits dont give as much bang for the buck in small company as in big company.
