Great group of employees, nice product that delivers real value to assist companies with ridding themselves of paper processes. CEO, and C-Level management are truly nice people, it would nice if middle management were good trust worthy people, not the case here. Solid product and nice fit for Commercial/SMB sized companies where sales are faster, easier, and abundant.

Bad middle level management. The company struggles with building a successful plan to target and win enterprise level (large revenue, and large SAAS user net new logos) the stress is placed on the heads and backs of the sales reps to not only become marketing executives to create and run your own programs with very little if any marketing support. 2018, 2019, only 2 reps out of 13 attained quota, with many reps landing below 50% of sales goals, again huge clue for the company to do something!! Covid quickly became an issue moving into 2020 with sales prospects losing budget, and net new software initiatives being put on hold, however pre-covid sales quotas stayed as is with no quota relief. Revolving door reps come and go, with reps not being given time to truly build healthy client relationships and sales pipelines to attain lofty quotas and commission goals. Transactional sales at best, not a true SAAS relationship selling environment. Management and too many heads involved in low dollar sales, trust in sales executives here is not here, whereas management micro manages all deals to a fault, essentially driving the cost of a sale to pennies on the Canadian and US dollar because there are so many heads involved with your deals.

*Keep your SVP out of small revenue deals, too many heads involved in low dollar recurring revenue sales, essentially driving the cost of a sale to pennies on the Canadian and US dollar.
*Unbelievably bad middle management, a very stressful workplace.
*Hire a team that truly knows how to run a sales organization with the goal and
*Churn and burn works for large companies, however makes it difficult for your clients to build healthy relationships with your reps in order to protect and grow account revenues and reduce churn.
*Churn and burn in small companies is not a good structure for long-term client acquisition, 6-12 month pipeline development, and low sales rep moral.
*Too many heads working small revenue deals.
*Conduct comprehensive background checks of management personnel, with a little observation glaring omissions, and deceit can be seen caught and remedied pre-hire.
*Shady, Unsupportive and non- trust worthy US based director level management

Phenomenal experience so far

I have admired this company from afar for quite some time as they were located in the same building as I was at a previous company. It seemed they had a really great culture, and that people who worked there just loved coming to work every day.
It turns out that my observations were just the tip of the iceberg in terms of how great a place this is to work!
Amongst other things, some of the best parts of working here so far are the Culture (very open, collaborative and definitely take time to have fun together), Smart & Supportive People (often employees who are experts in certain subject matter experts will hold sessions to share their knowledge), Innovative Benefits Plan (ability to divert funds to health care spending accounts, ProntoFit credit of $300 per year), Diversity (the most diverse organization I've been a part of to date), Communication from Senior Management (weekly fireside chats so all employees are in the loop and feel supported, and top notch IT Equipment and systems so I can be my most productive.
So far, my expectations have been far surpassed.

ProntoForms is an amazing place to work! They company has moved to a virtual work environment since the pandemic and they have done a great job at keeping the company engaged. Even though we are not in the office the teams still feel very connected. They have hosted many fun events and inactivates to keep the culture fun.
The team is incredible and make you feel super welcome. Everyone is easy to work with and gets along. Managers do a great job at supporting you in your role and ensure personal growth. They truly care about you and understand the importance of work/life balance.

Wonderful team members, good people are hired! Compensation and benefits were really good. They try really hard to push a positive company culture. Training for the platform is top notch, easy to get ramped up with basic understanding.

Can't trust management. "Money in the bank" is a popular line with CEO, other senior management but positions are quietly cut and swept under the rug. Zero feedback on performance or expectations. Not adapting as well as they could be to covid and "new normal".

- Set better expectations for team members.
- Try to make one-on-ones more frequent than once every month or every two months.
- Provide feedback to team members and be honest with them if their performance is jeopardizing their position. Letting people go with zero heads up while touting how well the company is doing is poor business practice.
- Don't act like accommodations for team members during covid is okay when it could be hurting long term.
