Little guidance and support from management and no opportunities to grow and develop your own skills. Everyone is heavily dependent on IT and it is encouraged by upper management to have IT handle every minuscule task for 160+ people rather than they learn to use the technology provided for them. Benefits that consist of working from home, and summer Fridays will not apply to you because apparently the team is not allowed to take advantage of the services we provide and maintain on a daily basis. Forced to do the CEO assistant’s job on top of your own because he is incompetent and unavailable, but the head of HR’s friend needed a job I guess. Have proper management for the teams outside of PR and have HR step back from everything that does not include benefits and per to per mediation. Allow the managers to manage their teams without your involvement. Not everything is a HR matter! Oh! And don’t tell them your personal business the whole office will know about it before the day ends. | Company culture actors to the youth. Lots of company events and outings.
