some good people globally, who know their products and services well
we delivered some great projects, and service to customers, but most felt like one hand tied behind your back.
highly skilled staff and learning experiences, with ok benefits and reward package
new management team may actually have a chance to perform a good recovery
in-house support teams always went the extra mile to help and tools like custom CRM and Power BI really helped with the role.

lost most of the experienced staff due to cut-backs or in-house politics, from previous senior management teams.
lack of funding for training, part of some heavy cut-backs, but opportunity is there.
restructuring process saw a lot of key sites/locations sold or closed, might have been too much loss, time will tell.
need to work on salary packages, some regions seem to benefit more than others, no bonus paid in many years, expect senior staff.
in-house support teams are under staffed and under appreciated, especially the IT teams,
no investment in our equipment, was still using an 7-8 year old laptop when i left. same issues globally with old kit, and was embarrassing when visiting customers to showcase our technology product lines.
