Prosetta has a unique drug screen which was utilized in a variety of therapeutic areas and they now have promising projects in viral, cancer and neurological diseases. Flexible work hours. PTO policy is great, employees sometimes take months off at a time.
|
The company is not profitable, even after over 10 years of operation. Management is majorly flawed, interns actually have more opportunities than paid employees. The company is working on so many projects that there is no focus towards a single attainable goal. The business plan seems to be to work on everything they can and hope that one of their many projects makes them rich.
