I have worked at ProSites for over 3 years. The company culture is fantastic, upper management is very invested in our teams and they do a great job of continuing to support growth opportunities, a team environment, and innovation. This mentality is supported all the way through to our top executives. In the sales department ProSites does a great job of motivating their employees with great commission structures and team competitions that bring a lot of excitement to the sales floor. This really is a culture of work. hard play hard and there are a lot of extra incentives during the year which make it fun. Benefits are very good and holiday party at the end of the year is always a blast. If you are looking for a sales job where you have an opportunity for growth and a great income, this is a great place to work! I started out as a temp just setting appointments for the sales team and I was offered a permanent Full Time position as a Sales Person for the Vet Vertical. I was there for a few months then was offered the position of Account Advisor who takes care of the current clients on the Dental Vertical. I was recently promoted to a Senior Account Advisor so there is definitely room to grow at ProSites. Management listens to my input and allows me to work independently without being "micro managed". They are very understanding when it comes to time off, and family matters that may arise. I have been fortunate to have a direct manager (Mackenzie Prinslow) who really took the time and effort to get to know me and see my full potential. Also, since COVID Management has been doing everything they can to keep everyone up to date as to what is going on and making sure when we do come back to the office that it will continue to be a fun and safe environment. Highly recommend working here! I have been working at ProSites for almost 5 years now, and I still love what I do! A few of my favorite things about working at ProSites are the people, and the work culture! I absolutely love my manager, and she makes working here so enjoyable! Being in sales can be stressful at times, but you get what you put in, and can easily make a 6 figure income if you work hard enough. They pay you base + commission . They also offer so many fun incentives to keep you motivated each month such as gift cards, cash bonus's, iPads, Apple Watches, Tv's, Go Pros, vacations, and so much more! The ultimate incentive is given to the top sales producers (Summit Club) by the end of the year - which includes an all-inclusive paid luxury vacation. I have personally had the opportunity and achieved Summit Club 3 years in a row! These vacations included going to Costa Rica, Belize, London, and South Africa - will all expenses paid for, while enjoying private chef dinners, fun daily excursions, luxury resorts, and so much more! I have personally been able to travel the world because of this, and have created memories that will forever hold dear to my heart. ProSites also offers a very generous 401k plan, full health benefits, and so much more! The company also provides two monthly celebrations such as desserts for employee's birthdays, and end of month lunch (which I always look forward to). They also have team building events - which have included BBQ's, wine tasting, and bowling. They also go all out for Christmas time and host an annual Christmas part each year at a winery. The Christmas party includes a beautiful dinner, open bar, and gifts for every employee (I have personally received Beats Headphones, a Soundbar, and an iPad over the years). ProSites is a great company, and everyone from management to the executive team always asks for your feedback, and are always open to listen to how we can better serve the employees and our customers! The CEO is one of my favorite people at the company, and he always has an open door policy! He has always welcomed me in his office, made time for me, and allowed me to express any feedback that I felt needed to be heard. All-in-all, ProSites is a company that truly cares about their employees - and anyone who is considering working here - I highly recommend it! It has been a great blessing to work here, and I am so grateful for all of the opportunity that has been given to me. Over the last 6 years, I have been in different positions within the sales team, including business development and direct b2b sales. With each position, I have continued to grow my experience, income, and portfolio of businesses I've helped succeed. This company stays ahead of the curve with technology and really did an amazing job of handling 2020. They've been able to continue taking care of their employees and clients with out-of-the-box solutions. There's pride in saying you work for the leaders in an industry! I suppose this isn't a con as much as a general fact in sales - you will get out what you put in. From the executives down to the employees everyone is so kind and hardworking. I sadly have not been able to work in the office with everyone yet due to COVID-19 but have been able to meet so many people virtually. The online atmosphere has been superb and very productive. I am excited to see how it transfers once we return to office. ProSites offers many opportunities for improvement, whether its through company paid training courses or even rising the ranks in the company and receiving promotions. I have been very impressed about with the effort they put into correctly training their employees and giving them every resource possible to succeed. I have witnessed numerous people receive promotions in my 3 months here and it is very inspiring to see how your hard work can pay off. I would highly recommend a career at ProSites to anyone. Despite the harsh reality of COVID-19 ProSites has been able to continue flourishing. ProSites is always pushing their employees to express their ideas. Starting a few week before Covid-19, I was thrown into WFH ( working from home), and I was able to connect with the different teams virtually. I really got to know them one on one I cannot express how collaborative all the different departments are. A great working atmosphere and culture.
