U fair company
|
Company doesn’t care about its employee. Manger pay favoritism and are not fair to employee; who are hard working. Mangers constantly gossip about other employee. The only thing that they do do is a lot of employee activities, and end of the month lunch. When they started us off they gave us less compensation to start then all the other worker. I am so glad I decided to leave and will never be retiring

Poor pay

Poor pay. Under qualified managers. Lack of communication between departments. Management allowed negative employees to gossip and talk trash about other employees in the department. That kind of behavior should be stopped immediately. Acceptance of this behavior creates a toxic work environment.

The worst
|
ProSites doesn't care about their employees or the customers. They only care about money. The place is filled with so much drama that it is difficult to focus on your work. The depts don't work cohesively together and some depts work much harder than others, making those employees completely stressed out. Nobody cares.

Great Technology Company

Management used to be amazing, and the company had a very dynamic culture that promoted growth and teamwork.Towards the end of my time with Prosites, they began changing the management team, and it moved away from focusing on customer relationships and retaining clients and listening to employees evaluations of the state of the company, to a micromanaged, no input, just get revenue type of formula. I left to pursue a better work environment and company that would appreciate my skill set more. Overall, Prosites was a wonderful and great company to work for, I absolutely loved the team centered approach and positive outlook everyone had.
The CEO is very intelligent and has a good vision for the company, but if upper management reads this, remember that your employees need to be respected, happy, and driven, then your customers will reap the benefits, and your company will grow.

Great employees, great experience, clients are very passionate about their professions (doctors, dentists, veterinarians, etc.)

Not much collaboration or respect between upper management and employee base.

Office politics take precedence over quality of work

Gained some new skills while working here, but found out very quickly that management will go out of their way to let you go without notice if they don't feel like you fit in with their office environment regardless of how well the quality of your work is.

Completely unprofessional organization

Company is very poorly organized, hires big mouth managers with no skills and drives out any people with real skills to appease egos. Allow for lying, toxic atmosphere and open hostility between teams. Support teams in VT are professional, others are not- allowed to get away with just about anything, boast that sales are the only reason people in company have jobs. Extremely unprofessional environment.

CPASS Good. Prosites Bad.

My manager at CPASS did everything she could to make it a better place. It is clear that in her role of managing, the people above her made it difficult for her to be as effective as she could be.
There is something wrong at this place. When you have a middle-management team that good and things don't improve, something else is going wrong. It's clear that whatever it is that's wrong isn't at CPASS.

Great place to work though many feel they are underpaid - many team building events - HR and admin do their best to keep employees happy - but could do better.
Increase pay rates while implementing smaller - less expensive team building events.
