The cooks throw down in the kitchen and do a great job with tending to the needs of the residents. They have a variety of personalities and one can get attached easily. The servers that I worked with live messy lives, everyone hates whomever, this person is sleeping with that person, making someone hate another person. One person is jealous of another because they may be doing better in life. Not the best place to work when you have standards in your life. Don't let people like that bring you down because they will never get anywhere in life. The Management that works in the office and the nurses and cna's that work with the residents are better and have more class. Management was concerned about it's employees. We had good benefits educational, opportunities, and we worked as a team to provide the best care for our residents. However, over the years and under new management we experienced drastic changes. In spite of the changes we continued to work as a team to ensure our residents the best possible care.
