It was a great environment but a lot of things have change and the company don’t have its same values they once had.

It was a great company they used to invest in growing there employees a lot. Now things are all over the place. I think the company be came greed And stop investing in there employees and went up on price of product for the customer.

this opportunity is a very mixed blessing.
|
I wanted to love this job so much. I was very good at this style of sales and the compensation was amazing compared to anything else I had ever made. HOWEVER, the company sets you up to look like the bad guy in front of customers. The advertising is deliberately misleading and management encourages you to deliberately misinterpret customer questions and answer with misleading answers that arent technically lies but at the same time, youre grossly under answering a lot of questions. everything is based on a technicality. it gets the job done but at the customers expense.
To be fair, a lot of good, honest jobs go in the ground as well. But I'd estimate that at least half of the time I felt bad about how the job requires you to conduct yourself.

Pay is awesome, VERY challenging and forces you to grow as a sales person

you get NO LIFE BALANCE, phone sales lies to customers a lot and makes you look bad in a customers home, very hard on your vehicle

you had no life. they are a bait and switch company

this company will start out giving you great jobs to make some money but then once your there for a bit it all changes along with everything else within the company. they are a bait and switch company from on the phone to what they make you do when you enter the home. this was the main reason why i left the company. they would make you go into a customers home and agree with whatever they say to have you put a big whole in their wall to get the keypad on the wall and then after that lie to them and try to get them to spend 4-5k in equipment.That is why they are being sued now

Very poor company to work for. They hype you up on the job to get you thinking you’d be working a lot of hours and making great money. When customers cancel the appointment with you in their home, management automatically treats it as the security advisors fault and will penalize him by deducting past commission made on previous jobs. Once you get a cancel the jobs stop being routed to you. And because the jobs stop being routed to you, your average sales numbers will drop, resulting in no work and poor checks.

Co workers helped each other when you had down time if close . Management always pushed to sale more conference calls where they would single you out in front of co workers.

It is hard to say what I put in the heading however now with a greater turnover rate than 55%.. go to work scared to know if you are coming home early! And NO I'm wasn't an under performer..#3 in the company. Veterans packing up and leaving weekly because of call quality! Managers that have less knowledge than what you have forgotten!
