Employees are encouraged to make suggestions and bring forth new ideas to expand and improve the business. Because Provell offers a variety of lifestyle and affinity membership programs, the work is always fresh, new and different. One day you might be working on an exercise and fitness program, and the next you might work on vacation travel. There isn't a lot of time to get bored with your work. I don't know that I could go back to working for a "one-note" company after Provell. | Provell prides itself on a very structured work environment and adheres to a high degree of professional decorum, so if you prefer a more laid-back and casual work environment, Provell is probably not the place for you. Provell is not the place for the complacent, or someone looking merely to coast. Expectations for job performance and quality of work product are very high.
