Bad Management Negative Culture
|
Unqualified management with no experience in finance no idea what they are doing. Management have no common sense bad decisions made in every meeting. Typical work day leaders encouraging blame on other dept. Forced culture that no one cares about. Bitter people TOXIC environment HR too far away in PA. Narc leaders who work 3 hours a day and others try to look busy taking off site long lunches or disappear for hours coming back smelling like a bar. Survived by faking attitude of gratitude and making nice nice with incompetent management. Found a better job left ASAP.

Be forewarned. You will gain weight if you don't have willpower here. They provide snacks and drinks in break room. If you need a break, no sweat. Need to call in, just call them at least an hour in advance. Very chill but caring vibe. Lot of information to learn and a lot of reading but it's for your growth and they care more about you and said growth rather then just work, work, work.

Not sure how it is now since its under new management, but t was great when I worked there. The best thing going was the culture and the CEO at that time. One of the best jobs I ever had.

Great place to work, terrible management

Great people to work with. Very relaxed/laid back. Management overtime became extremely disrespectful. They treated everybody unfairly and a mass exodus of employees ensued.
