Be honest to your employees about organizational structure changes/demotions as well as about anything major happening in the department. Hire people for positions based on skill not who they know and stop basing decisions based on one's past experience or having different views. People change and having a different opinion can help the company grow and succeed. Practice what you preach, they talk about all these values but I do not see them in play in actuality. Management in the Fraud Detection department needs a major overhaul but the company's senior management is great.
