I wouldn’t recommend the Service Executive role. You’ll end up with an unbelievable workload and management doesn’t staff appropriately, so they’ll keep adding more clients to you eventually. Company is growing a lot and management needs to start adding more people to all servicing area’s to meet the demand. Great benefits, great company that is growing, great employees to work with. For example if they ask to pay a loan you would search your scripts for paying a loan and follow the responses it brings you. You're expected to sound like you care and aren't a robot but you are in fact that. Their system constantly goes down and they have a script for that so you basically just tell them your system went down in the middle of their request and to call back. That hurt me a lot because I wanted to help people and their system went down constantly. Excellent benefits, two breaks and a lunch.
