No feed back for performance or direction in what needs to be improved.
Management team insults and berates persons, talks you down to your fellow co-workers.
Overall not a good place to work if you wish sound mental health.

Interns don’t get to spend much time writing or learning skills that could further their careers. Didn’t get much constructive criticism the few times I got to write. No opportunities to stay on in a permanent capacity after internship ended. Didn’t have much to do during the day except copy editing blogs for typos.
