Management capable of accepting advice but not acknowledging or crediting it. They have employed some very good technical people who are there because it suits them. Good opportunities for dialogue at a colleague level. Could be good if they change their ways. Very poor HR and people management. Current HR is incapable of managing technology people and unable capitalise on thier full capacity. A "Us an Them" mentality, rife with standover tactics and intimidation which stifles innovation. Horrible location in middle of nowhere, far from everywhere. 1/2 hour lunch, clockwatching HR, no flexibility. Very unplesant, even if you put in extra effort. Upper management always interfere with technical approaches and are simply not qualified to do so anymore.
