All the pros are overshadowed by the unethical behavior of the management!

Very unethical management, I have been part of this company for more than 2yrs, and now its been more than 9 months that I have left this company. Yet I am to get my Full and Final settlement. In spite of serving notice period as per the requirements. they are asking us to negotiate our own full and final amount, if not they will delay that indefinitely. I have never seen any company do that to their ex employees. They are giving example of current pandemic, I resigned well before pandemic, can you imagine how unethical they are, and it's not just me, there are many like me who are yet to be paid the full and final amount.
This how they treat their ex employees. You will have to beg for your own money !
