I worked in QArea for 5 years. QArea is one of the leading Ukrainian outsourcing companies with American style management model.
There are lots pros, I'll try to cover below those which are the most important for me.
- People - QArea consists of a few departments narrow specialized on a particular service, but activities of employees from different departments were crossing all the time - working on a marketing project I always could ask for advice from our developers, quality assurance specialists, or designers. This climate is perfect for those who search for inspiration and a place where the ideas will be heard.
Company has hired high level professionals on leading positions and thoroughly considered fresh talents, so there were always those you can learn from and those whose ambitions and just discovered talents inspired you.
- Innovative approach - company doesn't afraid of discovering the new methodologies and tools and ridding of obsolete ones. The teams are able to concentrate on a specific project looking for a skills&tools set suitable for clients needs; even if new approaches were out of clients plans the teams were'n afraid of providing alternative options.
