Where do I begin? The management is almost abusive at this point. They belittle the staff regularly unless you are one of the “favorites”. There is no one to go to in order to resolve any issues because HR is buddies with only upper management. You feel like you are a scammer. Duping people into spending their hard earned money for a service you know does not work or is not sold to reflect how it works. They will say anything to “get the sale” even if it means lying to customers.

I think it is too far gone to resolve. Years ago there was a much better dynamic and atmosphere. Now it is run by people who are under qualified in every way and treat the business like a personal playground. After years it has gotten bad enough to look for other opportunities.

The company is great. If you have a great work ethic and are willing to work than its the job for you. There are weekly cash prizes as well as you get to leave early on Friday. The staff is like a family and everyone wants everyone to succeed.

You're on your own more or less to learn, they let me go for under performing after 1 month. I was not properly trained for the job, and never given the opportunity to succeed, in my opinion. If you are confident in your ability to do sales over the phone via cold calling, then you can succeed. If you aren't experienced in this, you may not.
