The expectations placed upon you are completely dependent upon the whims of your direct supervisor or Team Lead, since there are no defined job standards. These middle managers have no real power though, and are in turn hampered by upper management, who make shady deals to take care of their favorites.
Salaries for most positions are about half of what you could get elsewhere. If you find another job that pays higher for the same or even less work, you should take it. They might match the pay if you are considered valuable enough, but they will also increase your responsibilities even if your job offer was for a position equivalent to your current one. Yearly raises barely keep up with inflation. If you raise concerns about this, you are told, "at least you get a raise" and are told not to discuss your salary with others to keep any under the table deals secret.
Workload is higher than other similar job opportunities. You will have many of your co-workers leave for the clients you working for, and those who leave would never return. Those who got out will always describe the workload as less than, or worst case, equal to QPS.
