1) The work we get is challenging and enjoyable to do.
2) Work culture is awesome.
3) The company takes care of its employees.
4) Appraisals are really good.. Better than any MNC.. And appraisals are given every six months based on the performance.
5) As it is a startup, we learn new things everyday.
6) Salary is also good.
7) Work/Life balance is pretty good.
8) Senior management is very supportive.
9) Qriyo certainly has a bright future.

You can be fired any day without any reason. They can try to pressurize you to left the job by give you excuses about your performance. They don't have any specific strategy and strategy changes every day. Higher management don't know what they are doing exactly.
