QSpex is a great place to work as far as the people are concerned. Everyone is nice and usually participates in the social atmosphere. It is easy to build relationships. Most people seem to be on board through tough times to see the company succeed as a whole and as a brand.

I have seen management blame-shift in the past; however, the company does continue to grow. The start-up atmosphere may cause stress at times.

Free Coffee. Good work hours. Nice co-workers. Job was easy to learn and had a very casual dress code for production team.
|
Job got very repetitive very fast. This isn't unsual for production line work though. They did allow headphones though to help with the boredom that comes with repetitive work.
