I've been with Quanta for almost three years and can honestly say the calibre of colleagues is top-drawer. The company leadership is very approachable, down-to-earth, and genuinely care about the happiness of the whole team. All in all, and excellent place to forge a career.

Working with clients in various parts of the world can mean time differences can be a challenge...but not much of an issue providing you manage your time well!

- Amazing work ethic from both the directors as well as the whole team
- Very collaborative working environment whereby everyone is there to help, advise and celebrate successes with.
- Relaxed place to work with minimal micro management and the senior team have a lot of trust in the employees
- Opinions are really taken in and everyone's thoughts are important, both in terms of discussions around the company as well as your own team/desk.
- Really fun company culture with lots of out of office drinks and socials.

- Friendly and supportive team members. The directors and the consulants do their very best to help the intern researchers to learn as much as possible.
- I learnt a lot in just 3 months which might seem like a short period, but it made a difference in my professional life since the experience and the skills I gained within Quanta helped me land a great job just after 1 month of leaving
- It's location is perfect. You are surrounded by diverse restaurent and food stations that you never get tired of.
- Quanta team is one of the best team I had the chance to work with and It was such a wonderfull learning experience. Hence, if you are thinking of a career in recruitement consulting or in human resources, Quanta Consulting will help you excel in what you want to do.

Very genuine and wonderful people at all levels of the company- joining quanta was like gaining a whole new family as everyone was supportive of each other- the flat structure within the company means you can approach anyone for help (including the directors) at any time- which was great! Being part of a multi-cultural team was one of the best parts of quanta as it was lots of fun socializing with individuals from different backgrounds! Great location too!

No cons as such- sometimes the tasks can be monotonous, however, great rewards await you
