Management is really bad, from the top starting with the CEO going down the chain to the Director of Argentina.
Managing people was always a matter of numbers, they did not hesitate to fire people, rearrange worst salary conditions, even going with illegal contracts, not paying setllements.
Culture of fear, no work life balance.
I would not recommend working here either.
