Worst higher management ever. Disorganized and Unstructured. Micromanager make their own rules and don't follow their own rules but forcefully make other lower level employees to follow. No growth at all. Upper management are bosses who builds team to make "themselves appear better" and are only concerned with their own success and takes all credits. No leadership quality in a upper management. No annual performance evaluation and appraisal program. A job is better than being unemployed, Good health insurance. Two or three good people work there. Bullying starts at the top and goes down the chain of command. Nasty remarks are the norm and the Core Team is the worst. People at lower levels seem to have respect for each other, but each is bullied on a daily basis. SVPs share inappropriate information with their reports about others in the company. No one is empowered to make a decision and anything that does get decided is second guessed and micromanaged. Every job is done three times because SVPs can't decide what needs to be done so they change their minds and you get to do it all over again. Nothing is written that doesn't get re-written. All signs (sudden desire to promote from within and make people do multiple jobs when somebody leaves) suggest that money is running low. Drug didn't meet all primary and secondary endpoints so they are struggling to find a development partner. High level of turnover in personnel. Company is overloaded on PV and CMC and has inadequate resources in other areas, forget QA! Too much favoritism and very few actual policies. Working from home is an example. Some people live in other States and always work from home. Other people brave the traffic every day, pay childcare expenses and the cost and danger of hard commutes because they are not allowed to work from home. It has nothing to do with your job, but instead, it's all about whether you are the pet of an SVP. President's Cup is the joke of all time! It's a recognition of the people they like and you get a cheap plastic loving cup that gets to sit in your office or more, likely cubicle, for a few days or weeks until somebody else gets it and they need a few minutes of cheese, crackers and cheap champagne.
