The training was good and if you are unsure don't be afraid to ask. It can be a challenging job as your working around students who are studying so have to be considerate. Though I found working here very enjoyable, my bosses were very nice and understanding and they were easy to get on with. Here I had the opportunity to gain new skills, mainly dealing withe people and their queries and if they had a problem I would have done my best to solve the problem for them. The job was suited to my nature as I like to help others when they need it the most.
