There are some really good people at Quickbase, but this can be said about anywhere. The product is cool and I think has promise if the teams designing and selling can figure out who to sell too.
|
Leadership is all over the place and doesn't have any concrete plans or ideas. Every month priorities change and shift with seemingly no forethought for the downstream implications.
The different teams struggle to talk and work cohesively leading to a lot of problems and derision.
Pay is low amongst industry averages and there is little to no growth or upward mobility. Just a complete lack of understanding of how to make people better at their roles and up-level.
