This company is the worst I have ever worked in. It is almost as if we have traveled back in time the way women in management are treated. The Sr leadership team consistently hires and promotes family members and friends others aren’t offered opps.
If you complain you are told not to go to HR by the VP of OPS. They are owned by Greenfield but employees have no way to reach out for poor management
Office personnel were forced to be there during massive outbreaks of Covid, while the execs stayed safe at home

Great place to work Company could succeed more if all bad apples were weeded out (including that HR lady). Occasional fights and some of the people they hire are lazy. If they hired more good workers then we wouldn’t have had to work such longe hours

Worked everyday and randomly fired for productivity but was never told by any manger on my shift my productivity was low . Security allowed cars to be broken into on the parking lot while people where working. Never even told how much productivity we should have a day by any manager or shift leader during the job and will be returning to find out why I randomly got terminated.

The idea of this business is great, but the execution (at least in Massachusetts) is lacking direction and support. The manager talks so much trash about her team it's scary. She also talks trash about her managers/leadership. She's unorganized and unpredictable. When working with the warehouse staff, you either must bend to their needs or be completely ostracized.

Great Job
|
My experience at this job was pretty cool. The pay was nice you get to meet lots of new people and everything is calm and smooth going. You do not have to worry about managers being down your back as long as you are working I encourage everyone to apply. Although this is a good place to work they will lay you off at the most random and unexpected time

Poor leadership starting with department leads all the way to the general manager
|
Very high turnover, avoid if you are a lead or above. Overall shady ethics and lack of experience from multiple leadership team members. They promote based on who you are friends with. I saw many forms of harassment by managers and then termination based on the employees reporting it. It was common to see employees upset based on leadership's intimidation technique. HR was very unprofessional and "street" in her style of communication.

It’s laid back
|
It’s a pretty relaxed job work at your own pace and just relax. You have two breaks, one 30 min and one 20 min break. Parking is pretty good and the bosses are very understandable and will do anything to help you along the way
